Return and Refund Policy

At Alero, we will always strive to provide you with high quality beautiful products as quickly as possible. In the unlikely event that an issue arises, we aim to resolve as quickly and effectively as possible.


Returns


If you are unhappy with an item you've purchased from us, please email us at enquiries@alero-uk.com within 14 days of receipt including details of why you wish to return and we will be able to help facilitate the returns process and a refund, store credit, or exchange


For orders that have already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel so please follow the standard returns policy below.


In the event that the product appears defective/damaged, we will of course ensure this is resolved. In this event, please email enquiries@alero-uk.com  with pictures of the issue at hand and an explanation of the issue/s. 


All of our wax melts are non-refundable due to their perishable nature. All of our other scented products may be returned for exchange or full refund providing that:



  • The product is free from any contamination and is unused in it's original packaging
  • An email has been sent to enquiries@alero-uk.com prior to the return
  • The item(s) have been returned within 14 days of receipt


Please note that we can't accept any liability for items that customers are returning that have gone missing in transit. The postage is to be covered by the customers for any products that aren't being returned due to defect or damage.




Refunds


Should you be unhappy with a product you've received, we will happily refund the cost of that item providing that:


  • The item was received within the last 14 days
  • The product remains unopened and unused within the original packaging and in immaculate condition
  • Arrives safely back to us without damage


If any of the above criteria are not met, we unfortunately will be unable to process a refund.



The total value of the item(s) returned to us will be refunded to the same payment account the original order was made from once safely returned to us. The refunded amount should be in your account within 14 working days, but usually this will be much sooner.


Perishable Items


Perishable items, such as our wax melts, are non-refundable but can be exchanged should they arrive damaged or faulty.


All our fragranced products contain natural wax derived from plants and vegetables so it's possible that some frosting, colour chances, or any other natural imperfections may be visible. Please be assured that non of these imperfections will negatively affect the performance of the product and will not be criteria fir damage or faults.
